HOKUSAI FAQ
Q1-1.  I can not get the password to install a client certificate.

 

A1-1. The download URL for password is available for 10 days after you have recieved HOKUSAI account registration notice by e-mail.

Q1-2.  The following message is output and I can not login to GreatWave login node.

“Permission denied (publickey,gssapi-with-mic,hostbased)” 

 

A1-2.  There is a possibility that the public key to login doesn’t exist on the login node.
You need to Access User Portal to register the public key.
HOKUSAI User Portal  page(Only HOKUSAI GreatWave user is accessible.)

Q1-3.  I can not access to HOKUSAI User Portal because I was lost my client certificate.

 

A1-3.  Please request an administrator to reissue a client certificate.

Q1-4. I could login to GreatWave login node up to now, but the following message was output and I could not login anymore.

“Permission denied (publickey)”

Q1-5. I have registered public key and login to GretWave login node by ssh,
but the following message is output and I can not login to GreatWave login node.

Warning: Permanently added ‘greatwave.riken.jp,134.160.228.2’ (RSA) to the list of known hosts.
Permission denied (publickey).
A1-5. Please specify private key file you have made, and try to access GreatWave login node.
$ ssh -i Private_key_file -l username greatwave.riken.jp
